Lata Mangeshkar Health Update: Doctors Share Trying Their Best To Get The Veteran Singer To Recover Soon
Doctors treating veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar, state trying their level best to get her to recover soon from COVID-19
Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar continues to remain hospitalised at Breach Candy hospital in South Mumbai. The singer was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after she was tested positive for COVID-19 and detected with Pneumonia. Now it is more than a week the singer is undergoing treatment in the hospital. As per the latest update from ANI News, the doctors in charge of the singer’s health shared trying their level best in order to get the singer to recover soon as she still remains in ICU.
Dr Pratit Samdani who is treating the singer, shared with the news agency, “Lata Ji is still in ICU, and we are trying our best to ensure she recovers soon.” Further adding that people will have to pray for her speedy recovery, a few days ago, the doctor had mentioned how due to her age factor too she will take a little longer to combat this virus and recover from it. Back then the news agency’s tweet read, “Singer Lata Mangeshkar is still in the ICU ward and we are monitoring her health. She will take time to recover due to her old age: Dr Pratit Samdani, who is treating her at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital”

Also as per the latest reports, the Bharat Ratna recipient has begun consuming solid food as she is under medical treatment at the hospital.
The news of her illness, followed by being hospitalised got her fans worried and praying for her speedy recovery. Her sister Asha Bhosle also confirmed Lord Shiva’s Rudra puja being held at Lataji’s residence for her well being.
